Directions from Chicago and points East:
Take Interstate 88 West (toll road) to the IL Route 40 exit (Sterling/Rock
Falls - This is the second exit after the final toll). At the end
of the exit ramp, turn right (north) on IL Rt 40.
Follow the directions from Route 40 (Rock Falls) 
Directions from the Quad Cities and points
West:
Take Interstate 88 East to the IL Route 40 exit (Sterling/Rock Falls).
At the end of the exit ramp, turn left (north) on IL Rt 40.
Follow the directions from Route 40 (Rock Falls).
Directions from Rockford:
Take Interstate 39 South to Interstate 88 West (toll road). Take
Interstate 88 West (toll road) to the IL Route 40 exit (Sterling/Rock
Falls - This is the second exit after the final toll). At the end
of the exit ramp, turn right (north) on IL Rt 40.
Follow the directions from Route 40 (Rock Falls)
Directions from St Louis:
Take Interstate 55 North towards Bloomington/Normal. Take Interstate
39 North toward Rockford and exit at Interstate 88 West (toll road).
Take Interstate 88 West (toll road) to the IL Route 40 exit (Sterling/Rock
Falls - This is the second exit after the final toll). At the end
of the exit ramp, turn right (north) on IL Rt 40.
Follow the directions from Route 40 (Rock Falls)
Directions from Rt. 40
(Rock Falls):
Go north on IL Route 40. You will pass through downtown Rock Falls. There
is a bridge over the Rock River, followed by an underpass beneath some
train tracks. You will want to be in the right hand lane (but not in the
turn lane--continue to go straight for 4 blocks). Turn right at the YMCA
(5th Street), go one block, and turn left onto Second Avenue. The church
is located on the corner of Second Avenue and Sixth Street.
Parking:
You can park on the street anywhere around the church, or use the bank
parking lot (at the corner of 2nd Avenue and 5th Street). Look for special
spots close to the church reserved for visitor parking!

There are two good hotels near I-88 on IL Rt 40 in Rock Falls--

The Holiday Inn
