Pastor Loren Schlomer is the Senior Pastor of Amazing Grace Church.

He started Amazing Grace Church with his wife in 1990. Pastors Loren and Dorothy Schlomer have a heart for theRock River Valley and through the call of God, have established Amazing Grace to be an oasis to raise people up who need healing and restoration.

Pastor Dorothy Schlomer is a mighty woman of God! She serves along side her husband with a passion and fire for the presence of God to be manifested in the lives of everyone at Amazing Grace.

Loren Schlomer was born again in 1973 with a burning desire to tell others about the saving power of Jesus Christ. After serving full time in the ministry at Midwest Cathedral in LaSalle, IL for 7 years, he received the divine call to pioneer a work in Sterling IL. In 1991, Loren and Dorothy began a new church called Amazing Grace where "love reigns" and where hurting people could come in and find complete healing for their spirit, soul, and body. After 17 years of ministry, Amazing Grace is flowing mightily in revival with signs, wonders, miracles, healings, and deliverances!
